Having David as my real estate agent is the best choice I made this year. Buying a condo in Missisauga this year has been challeging, probably the worst year within last 25 years. The price started to soar from Nov, very limited units in the market, and 10-20 competitors biddings over one unit. Yesterday I finally got hold of one unit that I like, thanks to David.
A few things that I liked about David:
- He is not just an agent, but more like a friend. Sounds cliche but I always know he would give suggestions from my perspective.
- He helped me to set up automatic feeds so that I get alerted whenever any potential unit comes to the market. Most of the time we were the first to view the condos. Fast-reaction is one of the key to success in this sellers' market.
- Very good negotiation skills.
- Patient. Being a good cheer leader when I got frustrated in the biddings.
- Statistic based analysis. In stead of giving me fancy ideas, he usually presented with data / charts. It has been fun journey learning from him, and I won't stop learning:)
